Before we continue....a few words from our family for the person / persons we feel are
responsible for Belinda's death.
We will never rest until we see justice done.
Never
Get used to us....we are not going away.
On January 2nd, 2001, our family was crushed with the news of the sudden
and terrible loss of our beloved Belinda.
That cold winter morning, Belinda was taken from us in a
horrible fire in her home in Bevier, Missouri.
Belinda from us that morning was NOT
an accident as the authorities initially believed.
What made Belinda's death even more horrific was the fact that she didn't die alone.
Her little step daughter Tonya died with her.
We patiently awaited the justice that we felt was
certain to come.
However, as time has slowely moved forward, without the arrest and prosecution of those we felt were responsible,
our families patience has begun to wear thin.
and that sooner or later, someone would talk, tripping themselves up by a simple slip of the tongue.
And so we heeded the advice and remained silent since that fridged morning in 2001.
Its been hard to remain silent for the last seven years,
especially with our beliefs that the person / persons responsible
were still walking the streets of our community.
out there that our family needs your information.
We can no longer sit quietly, waiting for a break that may never come.
Instead, our family has chosen to go to the next level, to actively seek out the information
that will finally result in the arrest and prosecution of those we feel were involved.
The injustice of Belinda's death still weighs on our hearts like a great heavy stone.
With the right information, you could help us roll that stone away.
that our family has aquired concerning Belinda's death.
However, to do so would indeed endanger the legal case against those we feel were involved
if an arrest or arrests are finally made.
In that regard, the family still agrees to keep this information secret,
in hopes that we may someday be able to sit in a court of law and use it against those that we feel have done this.
While we applaud any attention given to this case,
we cannot risk giving out any indepth information
for fear of endangering the prosecutions case should an arrest be made.

Perhaps someone has told you something that at the time sounded harmless, but later in retrospect made
you wonder, what did they mean by that?
Anything along those lines.
Perhaps the person / persons we feel were involved DID make a slip of the tongue to someone, someone we haven't yet met.
Even the most seemingly innocuous of statements might be valuable to our case.
